Urban Forestry
The use of local hardwoods from trees damaged by wind, storm, and utility removal. These trees are rescued from land fills, firewood, or mounds of mulch.

Local harvested hardwoods
Using hardwoods from trees grown within a 500 mile radius of the user (customer). These trees could be from a well managed forest or customer’s property.

Salvaged or found materials
Bringing life and useful purpose from old wood structures, old wood boats, built-ins, furniture, and scrap metals. These items would usually end up in a landfill.

FSC for LEED projects
Forest Stewardships Council is a world wide governing body managing the forests, wood product industries, builders, and contractors: all of them using eco friendly FSC products and practices.
